Will my clients ever know we work with a partner overseas?

Only if you choose to disclose it. By default, all communication goes out under your firm's brand. Many partner firms prefer to disclose a "global delivery model" at a high level β€” we leave that decision entirely with you.

What's the minimum engagement size?

None. We'll happily start with a 5-return pilot or one bookkeeping client. Most firms scale up after a successful pilot.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do β€” fully and exclusively. Our MSA includes non-solicitation clauses protecting your client list both during and after the engagement.

How do you handle peak-season capacity?

We forecast peak demand with each partner firm and pre-allocate capacity in Q4. Surge capacity of 2–3Γ— is typically available with two weeks' notice.

What happens if a return has an error?

Our two-tier review process catches the vast majority of errors before delivery. If something does slip through, we re-prepare the return at no charge and absorb any related penalty per our SLA.

Do you support state tax returns for all 50 states?

Yes. Our preparers are trained on all 50 state filings, including multi-state allocations and apportionments.
